Return Policy

Written notice must be sent to Kingst prior to return, and returned goods must be packaged prior to return. When the entire machine is returned, it must be packed in its original packaging.

The serial number of the product must be marked on the outside of the package, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return must be sent with the returned item.
